Orders and Shipping

We accept the following payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Interac), the following accelerated checkouts (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), as well as the following payment methods (AliPay, AliPay HK, GCash, Touch 'n Go, Kakao Pay). This list may change from time to time and should be used only as reference.

While we are striving to expand globally, currently we only ship orders within Canada, to the USA, and South Korea.

If your order is not elegible for free international shipping, it will be calculated at checkout and applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If your net order (before taxes and after discounts) is greater than $50 CAD, free international shipping option will be available at checkout!

If your net order (before taxes and after discounts) does not meet the CAD $50+ threshold, the rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your order, and your location. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout before you decide to place your order.

If you’d like to cancel your order after purchase, just send us an email at connect@just-glow.ca as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.

If your order has been packed and shipped, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled—you would then need to initiate a return after receipt.

We're sorry if you weren't satisfied with your order from Just glow. All products purchased on just-glow.ca may be be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any associated promotional discounts for the regular price of the product will be subtracted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please reach out to connect@just-glow.ca and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to help you process the return.

Please note, Just Glow does not cover shipping charges on returns. A minimum of 90% of the product's full net weight must be returned for refund eligibility.
