Shipping policy

Just Glow ships orders to Canada, US, South Korea and internationally.* We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

All orders placed by 4:00 pm Pacific Time (7:00 pm Eastern Time) Monday through Friday, are shipped that same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

Nutrium Health Products Inc., and Pure Research Inc. are our official partners responsible for the marketing and distribution of Just Glow products in Korea. All orders placed in Korea through these companies will be fulfilled directly by Just Glow.

Shipping Option (International)

  • Shipping prices are based on weight and destination. Please see pricing during checkout

  • Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.

  • Please note that shipments may be held in customs until you, the ordering party, pay the VAT (value added tax). The VAT is usually paid when the postal carrier delivers your mail, however the shipment may be held by customs until the VAT has been paid for. That will depend on how each individual customs office handles their shipments.

  • If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to Just Glow, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
    Please note that international shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched, regardless of the delivery outcome.
